LEAD 2021 Lucky Draw
OFFICIAL RULES
Important: Please read these rules before entering these drawings (the “Prize Giveaways”).
By participating in this random drawing, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and represent that you satisfy all of the eligibility requirements below.
Places, Dates, and Sponsor
Jeunesse, LLC (the “Sponsoring Company”) will hold a Prize Giveaway on at various times between January 15 and January 17, 2021 on its Jeunesse Live website at https://jeunesseevents.com.
Eligibility
This contest is open to all Jeunesse distributors worldwide who have purchased a ticket to any of the LEAD 2021 Events, are Active (as defined in the Financial Rewards Plan), in good standing (as defined in the Global Distributor Policies and Procedures), and are at least age 18 (or the age of majority under applicable law). This contest is also open to any guest attendees who were given a ticket by a Jeunesse Distributor, and who, “Opt-In” to the contest upon logging into the viewing website with their ticket ID and the Jeunesse Username of the ticket purchaser. They will be required to enter contact and prize shipping information in order to log-in. If you do not meet any of these requirements, or any other eligibility requirements in these official rules, you are not eligible to win a prize.
Lucky Draw Term
The Lucky Draws will take place at various times between January 15 and January 17, 2021. Jeunesse’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Lucky Draw.
How to Enter
Purchase a ticket to LEAD 2021, and log into the event at www.jeunesseevents.com.
Randomly Selected Winners
For each prize, a winner will be randomly selected via a computerized system, where not prohibited by law. If the Winner does not meet the aforementioned requirements, they forfeit the prize and Jeunesse may choose another winner by random drawing and award the prize to that winner.
Identity of Winners
Each winner will be required to provide Jeunesse proper proof of identify with a photo such as a government issued identification or passport. Prizes may be withheld until a determination is made that the claimant is the authorized account holder of the distributorship associated with the winning entry.
By accepting the prize, the winner confirms that they comply with the rules of eligibility and the liability and publicity terms below. In the event of non-compliance of these Official Rules, or if the prize is unclaimed or undeliverable, the prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner determined by Jeunesse.

Prizes will be delivered upon verification of each winner. Each eligible participant may win no more than one (1) prize at the event.
ALL TAXES ASSESSED AGAINST THE WINNER FOR THE PRIZE ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE WINNER. Winners and/or the company may be required to report the prize value to the tax authority. If a Prize is not claimed within ten (10) days after delivery of notification, the Prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner selected by random drawing. Prizes are not transferable, are not eligible for refund, and may not be used with any other promotional discount. No substitutions or exchanges (including for cash) of the Prize will be permitted, except that the Sponsoring Company reserves the right to substitute a Prize of comparable or greater value for the Prize. Each Prize is awarded “AS IS” and WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, express or implied, (including, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose).
Odds of Winning
Actual odds of winning at each Prize Giveaway depend on the total number of entries received for the Prize Giveaway and the number of eligible contestants present at the time of the drawing).
Use of Winner’s Name, Likeness, etc.
Except where prohibited by law, entry into the Lucky Draw constitutes permission to use winner’s name, Facebook and other social media names, likeness, persona, hometown, and/or Prize information in all media for up to 7 years for all purposes the Sponsoring Company deems appropriate – including, without limitation, for promotional and publicity purposes – without further permission or compensation.
General Release
By entering the Lucky Draw, the participant releases the Sponsoring Company and its parent, subsidiary, and affiliated Jeunesse companies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (the “Released Parties”) from any liability whatsoever, and waive any and all causes of action, for any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the Lucky Draw or delivery, mis-delivery, acceptance, possession, or use of or inability to use any Prize (including, without limitation, claims, costs, injuries, losses and damages related to personal injuries, death, damage to or destruction of property, rights of publicity or privacy, defamation or portrayal in a false light, whether intentional or unintentional), whether under a theory of contract, tort (including negligence), warranty or other theory.
Affidavit and Release
As a condition of being awarded any Prize, winner may (in the Sponsoring Company’s sole discretion) be required to execute and deliver to the Sponsoring Company a signed affidavit of eligibility, acceptance of these Official Rules, release of liability, and any other legal, regulatory, or tax-related documents required by the Sponsoring Company in its sole discretion.
Right to Cancel or Modify the Random Drawing
Each Sponsoring Company reserves the right to cancel or modify the contest if fraud or technical problems question the integrity of the contest.
Disclaimer
All applicable national, state, and local laws and regulations of the Sponsoring Company apply. Offer void where prohibited by law. Residents of Quebec are not eligible to participate.
List of Winners
For a list of the winners, send an email with subject line: “LEAD 2021 Lucky Draw Winner List Request” to event@jeunesseglobal.com after February 1, 2021 and before June 31, 2021. Miscellaneous
These Official Rules and the Lucky Draw are governed by the laws of the Sponsoring Company. Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of the Sponsoring Company, which are final and binding in all respects. The Sponsoring Company reserves the right to change these Official Rules at any time, in their sole discretion, and to suspend or cancel the Lucky Draw or any entrant’s participation in the Lucky Draw should viruses, bugs, unauthorized human intervention, or other causes beyond their control affect the administration, security or proper play of the Lucky Draw. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Sponsoring Company reserves the right to amend, modify, or cancel the Lucky Draw at any time without notice. Entrants who violate these Official Rules; violate any law, rule, or regulation in connection with participation in the Lucky Draw; tamper with the operation of the Lucky Draw or engage in any conduct that is detrimental or unfair to Jeunesse, the Lucky Draw, or any other entrant (in each case as determined in the Sponsoring Company’s sole discretion) are subject to disqualification from entry into the Contest. Each Sponsoring Company reserves the right to lock out persons whose eligibility is in question or who have been disqualified or are otherwise ineligible to enter the Lucky Draw. Any provision of these Official Rules deemed unenforceable will be enforced to the extent permissible, and the remainder of these Official Rules will remain in effect. Expo 2020 Lucky Draw

Identitas Pemenang
Setiap pemenang akan diharuskan untuk menyediakan Jeunesse dengan bukti identitas resmi beserta foto misalkan identifikasi dari pemerintah atau paspor. Hadiah dapat ditahan sampai tercapai penentuan bahwa yang mengklaim adalah pemegang akun terotorisasi dari distribusi yang terasosiasi dengan undian yang menang.
Dengan menerima hadiah tersebut, pemenang menyetujui bahwa mereka mematuhi syarat-syarat kelayakan dan aturan kewajiban dan publisitas dibawah ini. Dalam situasi ketika adanya ketidakpatuhan terhadap Aturan Resmi, atau jika hadiah tersebut tidak diklaim atau tidak bisa dikirim, hadiah tersebut akan hangus dan diberi kepada pemenang alternatif yang ditetapkan oleh Jeunesse.
Hadiah
Hadiah akan diberikan mengikuti peraturan sebagai berikut:
Hadiah akan dikirim setelah verifikasi setiap pemenang. Setiap partisipan yang memenuhi syarat dapat menang tidak lebih dari satu (1) hadiah dalam acara tersebut. Model nyata, warna, aksesoris dan fitur dari setiap Hadiah akan di seleksi oleh Perusahaan Sponsor, dengan hak ketentuan tunggal, dan mungkin dapat berbeda dari gambar yang dipakai untuk mempromosikan Lucky Draw.
SEMUA PAJAK YANG DIKENAKAN KEPADA PEMENANG UNTUK HADIAH ADALAH TANGGUNG JAWAB DARI PEMENANG HADIAH. Pemenang dan/atau perusahaan dapat diwajibkan untuk melaporkan nilai hadiah kepada otoritas pajak. Peluang aktual untuk menang pada setiap Prize Giveaway tergantung oleh jumlah total peserta untuk Prize Giveaway dan jumlah kontestan yang memenuhi persyaratan pada saat undian berlangsung.
Penggunaan Nama Pemenang, Kesamaan, dll.
Terkecuali dimana dilarang oleh hukum, kesertaan dalam Lucky Draw merupakan izin untuk menggunakan nama pemenang, Facebook dan nama sosial media lain, kesamaan, persona, kota asal, dan/atau informasi Hadiah di semua media sampai dengan 7 tahun untuk semua tujuan yang dianggap layak oleh Perusahaan Sponsor – termasuk, tanpa limitasi, untuk promosi dan publisitas – tanpa izin atau kompensasi lebih lanjut.
Pembebasan Umum

Hak untuk Membatalkan atau Mengubah Undian Acak
Setiap Perusahaan Sponsor memiliki hak untuk membatalkan atau memodifikasi kontes jika penipuan atau gangguan teknik membuat integritas kontes dipertanyakan.
Disclaimer
Semua peraturan dan hukum nasional, negara, dan lokal serta aturan regulasi dari Perusahaan Sponsor berlaku. Penawaran tidak berlaku di mana dilarang oleh hukum.
Daftar Pemenang
Untuk daftar para pemenang, kirimkan email dengan garis subjek: “Expo 2020 Lucky Draw Winner List Request” kepada event@jeunesseglobal.com setelah 1 Oktober 2020 dan sebelum 31 Desember 2020. Untuk mendapatkan kopi dari Aturan Resmi, kirimkan email dengan garis subjek: “Expo 2020 Lucky Draw Official Rules Request” kepada event@jeunesseglobal.com.
Hal-hal Lain
Peraturan Resmi dan Lucky Draw berikut diatur oleh Perusahaan Sponsor. Para partisipan setuju untuk terikat dengan Aturan Resmi tersebut dan keputusan dari Perusahaan Sponsor yang tetap dan mengikat segala hal. Perusahaan Sponsor memiliki hak untuk merubah Peraturan Resmi kapanpun dengan hak penentuan tunggal mereka, dan menunda atau membatalkan Lucky Draw atau partisipasi siapapun dalam Lucky Draw jika situasi virus, bug atau intervensi manusia yang tidak memiliki izin, atau sumber lain di luar kendali mereka yang mengganggu administrasi, keamanan atau keadilan Lucky Draw. Terlepas dari hal-hal yang telah disebutkan sebelumnya, Perusahaan Sponsor memiliki hak untuk mengubah, memodifikasi atau membatalkan Lucky Draw kapanpun tanpa pemberitahuan.
