LEAD 2021 Lucky Draw

Important: Please read these rules before entering these drawings (the “Prize Giveaways”).
By participating in this random drawing, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and represent that you satisfy all of the eligibility requirements below.
Places, Dates, and Sponsor
Jeunesse, LLC (the “Sponsoring Company”) will hold a Prize Giveaway on at various times between January 15 and January 17, 2021 on its Jeunesse Live website at https://jeunesseevents.com.
Eligibility
This contest is open to all Jeunesse distributors worldwide who have purchased a ticket to any of the LEAD 2021 Events, are Active (as defined in the Financial Rewards Plan), in good standing (as defined in the Global Distributor Policies and Procedures), and are at least age 18 (or the age of majority under applicable law). This contest is also open to any guest attendees who were given a ticket by a Jeunesse Distributor, and who, “Opt-In” to the contest upon logging into the viewing website with their ticket ID and the Jeunesse Username of the ticket purchaser. They will be required to enter contact and prize shipping information in order to log-in. If you do not meet any of these requirements, or any other eligibility requirements in these official rules, you are not eligible to win a prize.
Lucky Draw Term
The Lucky Draws will take place at various times between January 15 and January 17, 2021. Jeunesse’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Lucky Draw.
How to Enter
Purchase a ticket to LEAD 2021, and log into the event at www.jeunesseevents.com.
Randomly Selected Winners
For each prize, a winner will be randomly selected via a computerized system, where not prohibited by law. If the Winner does not meet the aforementioned requirements, they forfeit the prize and Jeunesse may choose another winner by random drawing and award the prize to that winner.
Identity of Winners
Each winner will be required to provide Jeunesse proper proof of identify with a photo such as a government issued identification or passport. Prizes may be withheld until a determination is made that the claimant is the authorized account holder of the distributorship associated with the winning entry.
By accepting the prize, the winner confirms that they comply with the rules of eligibility and the liability and publicity terms below. In the event of non-compliance of these Official Rules, or if the prize is unclaimed or undeliverable, the prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner determined by Jeunesse.

$750 airfare voucher, 4 nights hotel and 2 tickets to EXPO!
Prizes will be delivered upon verification of each winner. Each eligible participant may win no more than one (1) prize at the event.
ALL TAXES ASSESSED AGAINST THE WINNER FOR THE PRIZE ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE WINNER. Winners and/or the company may be required to report the prize value to the tax authority. If a Prize is not claimed within ten (10) days after delivery of notification, the Prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner selected by random drawing. Prizes are not transferable, are not eligible for refund, and may not be used with any other promotional discount. No substitutions or exchanges (including for cash) of the Prize will be permitted, except that the Sponsoring Company reserves the right to substitute a Prize of comparable or greater value for the Prize. Each Prize is awarded “AS IS” and WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, express or implied, (including, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose).
Odds of Winning
Actual odds of winning at each Prize Giveaway depend on the total number of entries received for the Prize Giveaway and the number of eligible contestants present at the time of the drawing).
Use of Winner’s Name, Likeness, etc.
Except where prohibited by law, entry into the Lucky Draw constitutes permission to use winner’s name, Facebook and other social media names, likeness, persona, hometown, and/or Prize information in all media for up to 7 years for all purposes the Sponsoring Company deems appropriate – including, without limitation, for promotional and publicity purposes – without further permission or compensation.
General Release
By entering the Lucky Draw, the participant releases the Sponsoring Company and its parent, subsidiary, and affiliated Jeunesse companies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (the “Released Parties”) from any liability whatsoever, and waive any and all causes of action, for any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the Lucky Draw or delivery, mis-delivery, acceptance, possession, or use of or inability to use any Prize (including, without limitation, claims, costs, injuries, losses and damages related to personal injuries, death, damage to or destruction of property, rights of publicity or privacy, defamation or portrayal in a false light, whether intentional or unintentional), whether under a theory of contract, tort (including negligence), warranty or other theory.
Affidavit and Release
As a condition of being awarded any Prize, winner may (in the Sponsoring Company’s sole discretion) be required to execute and deliver to the Sponsoring Company a signed affidavit of eligibility, acceptance of these Official Rules, release of liability, and any other legal, regulatory, or tax-related documents required by the Sponsoring Company in its sole discretion.
Right to Cancel or Modify the Random Drawing
Each Sponsoring Company reserves the right to cancel or modify the contest if fraud or technical problems question the integrity of the contest.
Disclaimer
All applicable national, state, and local laws and regulations of the Sponsoring Company apply. Offer void where prohibited by law. Residents of Quebec are not eligible to participate.

For a list of the winners, send an email with subject line: “LEAD 2021 Lucky Draw Winner List Request” to event@jeunesseglobal.com after February 1, 2021 and before June 31, 2021. Miscellaneous
These Official Rules and the Lucky Draw are governed by the laws of the Sponsoring Company. Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of the Sponsoring Company, which are final and binding in all respects. The Sponsoring Company reserves the right to change these Official Rules at any time, in their sole discretion, and to suspend or cancel the Lucky Draw or any entrant’s participation in the Lucky Draw should viruses, bugs, unauthorized human intervention, or other causes beyond their control affect the administration, security or proper play of the Lucky Draw. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Sponsoring Company reserves the right to amend, modify, or cancel the Lucky Draw at any time without notice. Entrants who violate these Official Rules; violate any law, rule, or regulation in connection with participation in the Lucky Draw; tamper with the operation of the Lucky Draw or engage in any conduct that is detrimental or unfair to Jeunesse, the Lucky Draw, or any other entrant (in each case as determined in the Sponsoring Company’s sole discretion) are subject to disqualification from entry into the Contest. Each Sponsoring Company reserves the right to lock out persons whose eligibility is in question or who have been disqualified or are otherwise ineligible to enter the Lucky Draw. Any provision of these Official Rules deemed unenforceable will be enforced to the extent permissible, and the remainder of these Official Rules will remain in effect. Lucky Draw – EXPO 2020
REGOLAMENTO
Importante: Ti invitiamo a leggere il regolamento prima di partecipare alle Estrazioni Fortunate (“Prize Giveaways”).
Partecipando all’Estrazione, confermi di aver accettato il Regolamento Ufficiale e di soddisfare tutti i requisiti di seguito elencati.
Luogo, Data e Sponsor
Jeunesse, LLC (“Azienda Sponsor”) organizzerà un’Estrazione il giorno il 10 il 13 Settembre 2020. in occasione dell’EXPO Jeunesse sul sito web jeunesseevents.com.
Requisiti
Il contest è rivolto a tutti i Distributori Jeunesse che: hanno acquistato un biglietto per uno degli Eventi EXPO Vision 2020, sono Attivi (come stabilito nel Piano Compensi), sono in buoni rapporti con l’Azienda (come stabilito nelle Regole di Condotta) e hanno compiuto 18 anni (o hanno raggiunto la maggiore età secondo la legge applicabile). Il concorso è rivolto a tutti gli ospiti che hanno ricevuto un biglietto da un Distributore Jeunesse e che partecipano al contest effettuando l’accesso al sito web utilizzando il codice ID univoco del biglietto e il Nome Utente Jeunesse della persona che ha acquistato il biglietto. Per effettuare l’accesso, i partecipanti dovranno inserire le credenziali e l’indirizzo di spedizione per ricevere i premi. Qualora uno dei precedenti requisiti non venga soddisfatto, o qualsiasi altro requisito di idoneità previsto dal regolamento, si perde il diritto di ricevere un premio.
Estrazione Fortunata – Lucky Draw: Termini
Le Estrazioni Fortunate avranno luogo tra il 10 il 13 Settembre 2020. Il sistema di Jeunesse rappresenta il dispositivo di cronometraggio ufficiale per le Lucky Draw.

Selezione Casuale dei Vincitori
Per ogni premio, il vincitore sarà selezionato in maniera casuale tramite un sistema computerizzato, laddove non proibito dalla legge. Se il vincitore non soddisfa i requisiti di cui sopra, perde il diritto a ricevere il premio e Jeunesse potrà scegliere un altro vincitore estraendo a sorte e assegnando il premio a quel vincitore.
Identità dei Vincitori
Ogni vincitore dovrà fornire a Jeunesse un’adeguata prova di identificazione contenente una foto, ad esempio un documento di identità o un passaporto valido. I premi possono essere trattenuti fino a quando non verrà stabilito che il richiedente sia il proprietario effettivo del profilo associato al nominativo vincente.
Accettando il premio, il vincitore conferma di rispettare il regolamento, oltre alle condizioni di responsabilità e pubblicità di seguito riportate. In caso di non conformità al presente Regolamento Ufficiale, o se il premio non viene richiesto o non è consegnabile, il premio sarà trattenuto e assegnato ad un altro vincitore indicato da Jeunesse.
Premi
Di seguito maggiori dettagli sui premi:
I premi saranno consegnati previa verifica di ogni vincitore. Ogni partecipante idoneo non può vincere più di un (1) premio durante l’evento. L’Azienda Sponsor si riserva il diritto di scegliere il modello, il colore, gli accessori e le caratteristiche di ciascun premio. Queste ultime, infatti, possono variare rispetto a quelle delle immagini utilizzate allo scopo di promuovere l’Estrazione Fortunata.
I PREMI POSSONO ESSERE TASSATI, CIASCUN VINCITORE È RESPONSABILE DEL PAGAMENTO DELLE EVENTUALI TASSE LEGATE AI PREMI. Ai vincitori e/o all’Azienda potrà essere richiesto di comunicare il valore del premio alle autorità fiscali. Se un premio non viene richiesto entro dieci (10) giorni dalla consegna della notifica, il premio sarà trattenuto e assegnato ad un altro vincitore selezionato per estrazione a sorte. I premi non sono trasferibili, non possono essere convertiti in denaro e non possono essere utilizzati unitamente ad altri codici promozionali. I premi non sono trasferibili, non possono essere convertiti in denaro. Tuttavia, l’Azienda Sponsor si riserva il diritto, a sua sola ed assoluta discrezione, di sostituire i premi con un’alternativa di valore uguale o superiore. Ciascun premio viene assegnato “COSÌ COME È” e SENZA GARANZIE DI ALCUN TIPO, esplicite o implicite (inclusa, a titolo esemplificativo ma non esaustivo, qualsiasi garanzia implicita di commerciabilità o idoneità a uno scopo particolare).
Probabilità di Vincita
Le probabilità effettive di vincita per ciascuna Estrazione Fortunata dipendono dal numero totale di candidature ricevute per l’Estrazione Fortunata e dal numero di concorrenti presenti al momento dell’estrazione che soddisfano i requisiti.
Utilizzo del nome del Vincitore
Ad eccezione dei casi in cui è proibito dalla legge, l’iscrizione all’Estrazione Fortunata, detta anche Lucky Draw, costituisce il permesso di utilizzare il nome del vincitore, il nome del profilo Facebook e altri nomi sui Social, la rappresentazione, l’immagine, la città natale e/o le informazioni sul premio su tutti i media per un tempo massimo di 7 anni per tutti gli scopi che l’Azienda Sponsor ritiene appropriati – inclusi, a titolo esemplificativo ma non esaustivo, gli scopi promozionali e pubblicitari – senza ulteriori permessi o compensi.
Esonero di Responsabilità
Iscrivendosi all’Estrazione Fortunata, il partecipante esonera l’Azienda Sponsor, gli enti e le affiliate Jeunesse, nonché i rispettivi funzionari, management, dipendenti e agenti (collettivamente “Released Parties”) da qualsiasi responsabilità e rinuncia a qualsiasi azione di causa, reclamo, costo, lesione, perdita o danno di qualsiasi tipo derivante da o in connessione con l’Estrazione Fortunata o la consegna o la mancata consegna, l’accettazione, il possesso, l’uso o l’impossibilità di utilizzare qualsiasi premio (inclusi, senza limitazione, reclamo, costo, lesione, perdita e danno correlato a lesioni personali, morte, danneggiamento o distruzione di proprietà, diritti di pubblicità o privacy, diffamazione o rappresentazione in una falsa luce, sia intenzionale che non intenzionale), sia in base al contratto, illecito (inclusa negligenza), garanzia o altra teoria.
“Affidavit” ed Esonero di Responsabilità
Come condizione per l’assegnazione di qualsiasi premio, al vincitore può essere richiesto (a sola discrezione dell’Azienda Sponsor) di produrre e consegnare all’Azienda Sponsor la dichiarazione di idoneità firmata, l’accettazione del Regolamento Ufficiale, l’esonero di responsabilità e qualsiasi altro documento legale, normativo o fiscale richiesto dall’Azienda Sponsor a sua sola discrezione.
Diritto di annullare o modificare l’Estrazione Casuale
Ciascuna Azienda Sponsor si riserva il diritto di annullare o modificare il concorso nel caso in cui frodi o problemi tecnici mettano in dubbio l’integrità del concorso.
Dichiarazione di Limitazione di Responsabilità
Si applicano tutte le leggi e i regolamenti nazionali, statali e locali applicabili dell’Azienda Sponsor. La Promozione non è valida se proibita dalla legge.
Lista dei Vincitori
Per la lista dei vincitori, è possibile inviare un’email con oggetto: “Expo 2020 Lucky Draw Winner List Request” all’indirizzo email event@jeunesseglobal.com a partire dal 1° Ottobre 2020 e prima del 31 Dicembre 2020. Per ottenere una copia del presente Regolamento Ufficiale, è possibile inviare un’email con oggetto: “Expo 2020 Lucky Draw Official Rules Request ” all’indirizzo email event@jeunesseglobal.com.
Norme
Il presente Regolamento Ufficiale e l’Estrazione Fortunata sono regolati dalle leggi dell’Azienda Sponsor. I partecipanti accettano di essere vincolati dal presente Regolamento Ufficiale e dalle decisioni dell’Azienda Sponsor, che sono definitive e vincolanti sotto tutti gli aspetti. L’Azienda Sponsor si riserva il diritto di modificare il presente Regolamento Ufficiale in qualsiasi momento, a sua esclusiva discrezione, e di sospendere o annullare l’Estrazione Fortunata o la partecipazione di qualsiasi partecipante all’Estrazione Fortunata nel caso in cui virus, bug, interventi umani non autorizzati o altre cause al di fuori del loro controllo incidano sull’amministrazione, la sicurezza o il corretto svolgimento dell’Estrazione Fortunata. Nonostante quanto sopra, l’Azienda Sponsor si riserva il diritto di emendare, modificare o annullare l’Estrazione Fortunata in qualsiasi momento senza preavviso. I partecipanti che violano il presente Regolamento Ufficiale, che violano qualsiasi legge, regola o regolamento legato alla partecipazione dell’Estrazione Fortunata, che manomettono il funzionamento dell’Estrazione Fortunata o che adottano una condotta dannosa o sleale nei confronti di Jeunesse, dell’Estrazione Fortunata o di qualsiasi altro partecipante (in ogni caso come stabilito a sola discrezione dell’Azienda Sponsor) sono soggetti alla squalifica dall’iscrizione al Concorso. Ciascuna Azienda Sponsor si riserva il diritto di bloccare le persone la cui idoneità è dubbia o che sono state escluse o che sono altrimenti non idonee a partecipare all’Estrazione Fortunata. Qualsiasi disposizione del presente Regolamento Ufficiale ritenuta inapplicabile sarà applicata nella misura consentita e il resto del presente Regolamento Ufficiale rimarrà in vigore.
