LEAD 2021 Lucky Draw
OFFICIAL RULES
Important: Please read these rules before entering these drawings (the “Prize Giveaways”).
By participating in this random drawing, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and represent that you satisfy all of the eligibility requirements below.
Places, Dates, and Sponsor
Jeunesse, LLC (the “Sponsoring Company”) will hold a Prize Giveaway on at various times between January 15 and January 17, 2021 on its Jeunesse Live website at https://jeunesseevents.com.
Eligibility
This contest is open to all Jeunesse distributors worldwide who have purchased a ticket to any of the LEAD 2021 Events, are Active (as defined in the Financial Rewards Plan), in good standing (as defined in the Global Distributor Policies and Procedures), and are at least age 18 (or the age of majority under applicable law). This contest is also open to any guest attendees who were given a ticket by a Jeunesse Distributor, and who, “Opt-In” to the contest upon logging into the viewing website with their ticket ID and the Jeunesse Username of the ticket purchaser. They will be required to enter contact and prize shipping information in order to log-in. If you do not meet any of these requirements, or any other eligibility requirements in these official rules, you are not eligible to win a prize.
Lucky Draw Term
The Lucky Draws will take place at various times between January 15 and January 17, 2021. Jeunesse’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Lucky Draw.
How to Enter
Purchase a ticket to LEAD 2021, and log into the event at www.jeunesseevents.com.
Randomly Selected Winners
For each prize, a winner will be randomly selected via a computerized system, where not prohibited by law. If the Winner does not meet the aforementioned requirements, they forfeit the prize and Jeunesse may choose another winner by random drawing and award the prize to that winner.
Identity of Winners
Each winner will be required to provide Jeunesse proper proof of identify with a photo such as a government issued identification or passport. Prizes may be withheld until a determination is made that the claimant is the authorized account holder of the distributorship associated with the winning entry.
By accepting the prize, the winner confirms that they comply with the rules of eligibility and the liability and publicity terms below. In the event of non-compliance of these Official Rules, or if the prize is unclaimed or undeliverable, the prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner determined by Jeunesse.

Prizes will be delivered upon verification of each winner. Each eligible participant may win no more than one (1) prize at the event.
ALL TAXES ASSESSED AGAINST THE WINNER FOR THE PRIZE ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE WINNER. Winners and/or the company may be required to report the prize value to the tax authority. If a Prize is not claimed within ten (10) days after delivery of notification, the Prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner selected by random drawing. Prizes are not transferable, are not eligible for refund, and may not be used with any other promotional discount. No substitutions or exchanges (including for cash) of the Prize will be permitted, except that the Sponsoring Company reserves the right to substitute a Prize of comparable or greater value for the Prize. Each Prize is awarded “AS IS” and WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, express or implied, (including, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose).
Odds of Winning
Actual odds of winning at each Prize Giveaway depend on the total number of entries received for the Prize Giveaway and the number of eligible contestants present at the time of the drawing).
Use of Winner’s Name, Likeness, etc.
Except where prohibited by law, entry into the Lucky Draw constitutes permission to use winner’s name, Facebook and other social media names, likeness, persona, hometown, and/or Prize information in all media for up to 7 years for all purposes the Sponsoring Company deems appropriate – including, without limitation, for promotional and publicity purposes – without further permission or compensation.
General Release
By entering the Lucky Draw, the participant releases the Sponsoring Company and its parent, subsidiary, and affiliated Jeunesse companies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (the “Released Parties”) from any liability whatsoever, and waive any and all causes of action, for any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the Lucky Draw or delivery, mis-delivery, acceptance, possession, or use of or inability to use any Prize (including, without limitation, claims, costs, injuries, losses and damages related to personal injuries, death, damage to or destruction of property, rights of publicity or privacy, defamation or portrayal in a false light, whether intentional or unintentional), whether under a theory of contract, tort (including negligence), warranty or other theory.
Affidavit and Release
As a condition of being awarded any Prize, winner may (in the Sponsoring Company’s sole discretion) be required to execute and deliver to the Sponsoring Company a signed affidavit of eligibility, acceptance of these Official Rules, release of liability, and any other legal, regulatory, or tax-related documents required by the Sponsoring Company in its sole discretion.
Right to Cancel or Modify the Random Drawing
Each Sponsoring Company reserves the right to cancel or modify the contest if fraud or technical problems question the integrity of the contest.
Disclaimer
All applicable national, state, and local laws and regulations of the Sponsoring Company apply. Offer void where prohibited by law. Residents of Quebec are not eligible to participate.
List of Winners
For a list of the winners, send an email with subject line: “LEAD 2021 Lucky Draw Winner List Request” to event@jeunesseglobal.com after February 1, 2021 and before June 31, 2021. Miscellaneous
These Official Rules and the Lucky Draw are governed by the laws of the Sponsoring Company. Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of the Sponsoring Company, which are final and binding in all respects. The Sponsoring Company reserves the right to change these Official Rules at any time, in their sole discretion, and to suspend or cancel the Lucky Draw or any entrant’s participation in the Lucky Draw should viruses, bugs, unauthorized human intervention, or other causes beyond their control affect the administration, security or proper play of the Lucky Draw. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Sponsoring Company reserves the right to amend, modify, or cancel the Lucky Draw at any time without notice. Entrants who violate these Official Rules; violate any law, rule, or regulation in connection with participation in the Lucky Draw; tamper with the operation of the Lucky Draw or engage in any conduct that is detrimental or unfair to Jeunesse, the Lucky Draw, or any other entrant (in each case as determined in the Sponsoring Company’s sole discretion) are subject to disqualification from entry into the Contest. Each Sponsoring Company reserves the right to lock out persons whose eligibility is in question or who have been disqualified or are otherwise ineligible to enter the Lucky Draw. Any provision of these Official Rules deemed unenforceable will be enforced to the extent permissible, and the remainder of these Official Rules will remain in effect. 주네스(이하 “주네스” 또는 “개최 회사”)는 주네스 공식홈페이지(jeunesseevents.com)의 EXPO 방송 웹페이지를 통해 행운권 추첨 행사를 진행합니다.
자격 조건
본 행운권 추첨 행사는 전 세계에 걸쳐 2020 EXPO: VISION 이벤트 티켓을 구매하고 액티브 자격(글로벌 디스트리뷰터 정책 및 규정) 및 회사와 좋은 관계를 유지하고 있는 18세 이상(또는 법정 성년)의 디스트리뷰터에게 참가 자격이 부여됩니다. 본 행사는 또한 주네스 디스트리뷰터로부터 티켓을 선물받아 티켓 고유번호와 티켓 구매자의 주네스 사용자명으로 행사 시청 웹페이지에 로그인한 게스트에게도 참가 자격이 부여됩니다. 게스트는 선물을 수령하기 위해 로그인 시 연락 정보 및 배송 주소를 입력해야 합니다. 이상의 규정이나 본 규칙에 명시된 기타 조건을 충족시키지 못하는 경우 행운권 추첨을 통한 경품을 받을 수 없습니다.
행운권 추첨 시간
행운권 추첨은 2020년 9월 10-13일에 이르는 기간 동안 수차례 진행됩니다. 행운권 추첨을 위한 시간은 주네스 컴퓨터 시간을 기준으로 합니다.

2020 EXPO: VISION 티켓을 구매하고 주네스 공식 홈페이지(jeunesseevents.com)에서 이벤트 페이지로 로그인해야 합니다.
무작위 추첨을 통한 당첨자 선정
모든 선물은 법적으로 허용되는 범위 내에서 컴퓨터 시스템을 통한 무작위 추첨 방식을 통해 제공됩니다. 만일 당첨자가 상기 언급된 자격을 충족시키지 못하는 경우 경품이 몰수되며, 주네스는 무작위 추첨을 통해 다른 당첨자를 선정하게 경품을 제공할 수 있습니다.
당첨자 신원 확인
모든 당첨자는 주네스에 사진이 첨부된 정부 발행 신분증이나 여권과 함께 자신의 신원을 입증할 수 있는 자료를 제공해야 합니다. 당첨자가 신청 자격을 보유하고 있는지 확인할 때까지는 경품 제공을 보류할 수 있습니다. 경품의 수령은 당첨자가 주네스의 자격관련 규칙, 책임 및 퍼블리시티권 조항에 동의함을 뜻합니다. 본 공식 규칙을 준수하지 않거나 경품의 수령이나 전달이 불가능한 경우, 동 경품은 몰수되어 주네스가 정하는 다른 참가자에게 대신 제공될 수 있습니다.
Prizes
경품은 다음과 같은 방식으로 제공됩니다:
경품은 각 당첨자에 대한 신원 확인 후 제공됩니다. 모든 유자격 참가자는 행운권 추첨 행사를 통해 1개 이상의 경품을 받을 수 없습니다. 경품의 모델, 색상 및 기능은 주네스의 독자적인 재량에 따라 선정되며, 실제 제품은 행운권 프로모션에 사용했던 이미지와 상이할 수 있습니다.
경품과 관련하여 당첨자에게 부과되는 모든 세금은 전적으로 당첨자의 부담으로 합니다. 당첨자와(또는) 주네스는 세무 당국에 경품 가액을 신고해야 할 수 있습니다. 만일 당첨 통지 후 10일 이내에 경품을 수령하지 않는 경우, 동 경품은 몰수하여 무작위 방식으로 선정된 다른 당첨자에게 제공됩니다. 경품은 양도나 환불이 불가능하며 다른 프로모션 할인을 위해 사용할 수 없습니다. 행운권 추첨을 통한 경품의 대체나 교환(현금 교환 포함)은 주네스가 동 경품과 가치가 동등하거나 그 이상의 경품을 대신 제공하는 경우를 제외하고는 허용되지 않습니다. 모든 경품은 “현재 상태”로 제공되며, 어떤 종류의 명시적 또는 암묵적 보증(상품성이나 특정 목적 적합성 포함)도 제공되지 않습니다.
당첨 확률
각각의 행운권 추첨에서의 당첨 확률은 행운권 추첨 전체 참가자 수 및 추첨 시점의 유자격 참가자 수에 따라 상이합니다.
당첨자의 이름, 초상권 등의 사용
법률이 금지하는 경우를 제외하고, 행운권 추첨 참가는 당첨자의 이름, 페이스북이나 기타 소셜미디어 이름, 초상권, 신상정보, 소속 국가 정보, 경품 정보 등에 대해 최대 7년 동안 추가적인 허락이나 보상없이 주네스가 적절하다고 판단되는 모든 매체를 통해 프로모션 및 퍼블리시티 목적으로 사용할 수 있는 권한을 제공하는 것에 동의하는 것을 의미합니다.
면책 조항
행운권 행사 참가는 참가자가 주네스와 주네스의 모회사, 자회사, 계열회사와, 각 회사의 임직원, 이사 및 대리인(이하 “면책 당사자”)에 대해 모든 책무로부터 면책권을 부여하는 것에 동의함을 뜻합니다. 또한 다른 계약이론이나 불법행위(과실 포함), 보증이나 기타 이론의 상당성 여부와 관계없이 행운권 추첨과 관련하여 직간접으로 발생하거나 경품의 전달, 전달오류, 수락, 소유, 사용 또는 사용 불능(의도 여부를 불문하고 발생하는 개인 상해나 사망, 개인 재산의 파괴, 퍼블리시티권이나 프라이버시권의 침해, 명예훼손이나 오해의 소지가 있는 공표로 인한 클레임, 비용 포함)으로 인해 발생하는 모든 클레임, 비용이나 손실과 관련한 법적 행위를 포기하는 것을 의미합니다.
선서 및 면책
당첨자는 경품 제공 조건으로(주네스의 전적인 재량에 따라) 주네스에 자필 서명된 선서, 공식 규칙의 수락, 면책, 기타 법률 및 세무 관련 자료 등 주네스가 독자적인 재량에 따라 필요하다고 판단하는 문서를 준비, 제공해야 합니다.
행운권 추첨 행사의 취소 또는 변경
주네스는 사기, 기술적인 문제나 행운권 추첨의 무결성에 문제가 있다고 판단되는 경우 동 행사를 취소 또는 변경할 수 있는 권리를 보유합니다.
법적 고지
행운권 추첨과 관련하여 주네스가 소속된 국가, 주정부 및 지방 정부의 모든 법규가 적용됩니다. 법률이 금지하는 경우 행운권 추첨 행사는 법적 효력을 상실합니다.

기타
본 공식 규칙과 행운권 추첨은 주네스 관할 국가의 법률에 따릅니다. 행운권 추첨 행사 참가자는 본 규칙은 물론 주네스의 결정에 따라야 하며, 주네스의 결정이 모든 측면에서 최종적인 구속력을 발휘한다는 점에 동의해야 합니다. 주네스는 바이러스, 프로그램 버그, 부당한 인적 개입이나 통제할 수 없는 기타 문제로 인해 행운권 추첨 행사 개최나 안전하고 적절한 진행이 영향을 받을 수 있다고 판단되는 경우 독자적인 재량에 따라 언제든지 본 공식 규칙을 변경하거나, 행운권 추첨을 연기 또는 취소할 수 있으며, 특정 참가자의 행운권 행사 참가를 거부할 수 있는 권리를 보유합니다. 주네스는 또한 사전 통지 없이 행운권 추첨 행사를 수정, 변경 또는 취소할 수 있는 권리를 보유합니다.
본 공식 규칙을 위반하는 참가자, 행운권 추첨과 관련하여 법률, 규칙 또는 규정을 위반하는 참가자, 행운권 추첨 과정에 부당하게 개입하는 참가자, 주네스에 해를 끼치거나 불공평한 행위에 가담한 참가자나, 주네스의 독자적인 재량에 따른 기타 참가자는 행운권 추첨 행사 참가 자격이 박탈됩니다.
