LEAD 2021 Lucky Draw
OFFICIAL RULES
Important: Please read these rules before entering these drawings (the “Prize Giveaways”).
By participating in this random drawing, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and represent that you satisfy all of the eligibility requirements below.
Places, Dates, and Sponsor
Jeunesse, LLC (the “Sponsoring Company”) will hold a Prize Giveaway on at various times between January 15 and January 17, 2021 on its Jeunesse Live website at https://jeunesseevents.com.
Eligibility
This contest is open to all Jeunesse distributors worldwide who have purchased a ticket to any of the LEAD 2021 Events, are Active (as defined in the Financial Rewards Plan), in good standing (as defined in the Global Distributor Policies and Procedures), and are at least age 18 (or the age of majority under applicable law). This contest is also open to any guest attendees who were given a ticket by a Jeunesse Distributor, and who, “Opt-In” to the contest upon logging into the viewing website with their ticket ID and the Jeunesse Username of the ticket purchaser. They will be required to enter contact and prize shipping information in order to log-in. If you do not meet any of these requirements, or any other eligibility requirements in these official rules, you are not eligible to win a prize.
Lucky Draw Term
The Lucky Draws will take place at various times between January 15 and January 17, 2021. Jeunesse’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Lucky Draw.
How to Enter
Purchase a ticket to LEAD 2021, and log into the event at www.jeunesseevents.com.
Randomly Selected Winners
For each prize, a winner will be randomly selected via a computerized system, where not prohibited by law. If the Winner does not meet the aforementioned requirements, they forfeit the prize and Jeunesse may choose another winner by random drawing and award the prize to that winner.
Identity of Winners
Each winner will be required to provide Jeunesse proper proof of identify with a photo such as a government issued identification or passport. Prizes may be withheld until a determination is made that the claimant is the authorized account holder of the distributorship associated with the winning entry.
By accepting the prize, the winner confirms that they comply with the rules of eligibility and the liability and publicity terms below. In the event of non-compliance of these Official Rules, or if the prize is unclaimed or undeliverable, the prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner determined by Jeunesse.

1 Winner per region:
$750 airfare voucher, 4 nights hotel and 2 tickets to EXPO!
Prizes will be delivered upon verification of each winner. Each eligible participant may win no more than one (1) prize at the event.
ALL TAXES ASSESSED AGAINST THE WINNER FOR THE PRIZE ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE WINNER. Winners and/or the company may be required to report the prize value to the tax authority. If a Prize is not claimed within ten (10) days after delivery of notification, the Prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner selected by random drawing. Prizes are not transferable, are not eligible for refund, and may not be used with any other promotional discount. No substitutions or exchanges (including for cash) of the Prize will be permitted, except that the Sponsoring Company reserves the right to substitute a Prize of comparable or greater value for the Prize. Each Prize is awarded “AS IS” and WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, express or implied, (including, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose).
Odds of Winning
Actual odds of winning at each Prize Giveaway depend on the total number of entries received for the Prize Giveaway and the number of eligible contestants present at the time of the drawing).
Use of Winner’s Name, Likeness, etc.
Except where prohibited by law, entry into the Lucky Draw constitutes permission to use winner’s name, Facebook and other social media names, likeness, persona, hometown, and/or Prize information in all media for up to 7 years for all purposes the Sponsoring Company deems appropriate – including, without limitation, for promotional and publicity purposes – without further permission or compensation.
General Release
By entering the Lucky Draw, the participant releases the Sponsoring Company and its parent, subsidiary, and affiliated Jeunesse companies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (the “Released Parties”) from any liability whatsoever, and waive any and all causes of action, for any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the Lucky Draw or delivery, mis-delivery, acceptance, possession, or use of or inability to use any Prize (including, without limitation, claims, costs, injuries, losses and damages related to personal injuries, death, damage to or destruction of property, rights of publicity or privacy, defamation or portrayal in a false light, whether intentional or unintentional), whether under a theory of contract, tort (including negligence), warranty or other theory.
Affidavit and Release
As a condition of being awarded any Prize, winner may (in the Sponsoring Company’s sole discretion) be required to execute and deliver to the Sponsoring Company a signed affidavit of eligibility, acceptance of these Official Rules, release of liability, and any other legal, regulatory, or tax-related documents required by the Sponsoring Company in its sole discretion.
Right to Cancel or Modify the Random Drawing
Each Sponsoring Company reserves the right to cancel or modify the contest if fraud or technical problems question the integrity of the contest.
Disclaimer
All applicable national, state, and local laws and regulations of the Sponsoring Company apply. Offer void where prohibited by law. Residents of Quebec are not eligible to participate.
List of Winners
For a list of the winners, send an email with subject line: “LEAD 2021 Lucky Draw Winner List Request” to event@jeunesseglobal.com after February 1, 2021 and before June 31, 2021. Miscellaneous
These Official Rules and the Lucky Draw are governed by the laws of the Sponsoring Company. Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of the Sponsoring Company, which are final and binding in all respects. The Sponsoring Company reserves the right to change these Official Rules at any time, in their sole discretion, and to suspend or cancel the Lucky Draw or any entrant’s participation in the Lucky Draw should viruses, bugs, unauthorized human intervention, or other causes beyond their control affect the administration, security or proper play of the Lucky Draw. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Sponsoring Company reserves the right to amend, modify, or cancel the Lucky Draw at any time without notice. Entrants who violate these Official Rules; violate any law, rule, or regulation in connection with participation in the Lucky Draw; tamper with the operation of the Lucky Draw or engage in any conduct that is detrimental or unfair to Jeunesse, the Lucky Draw, or any other entrant (in each case as determined in the Sponsoring Company’s sole discretion) are subject to disqualification from entry into the Contest. Each Sponsoring Company reserves the right to lock out persons whose eligibility is in question or who have been disqualified or are otherwise ineligible to enter the Lucky Draw. Any provision of these Official Rules deemed unenforceable will be enforced to the extent permissible, and the remainder of these Official Rules will remain in effect. Ao participar desse sorteio aleatório, você concorda em ficar vinculado a estas Regras Oficiais e declara que cumpre todos os requisitos de elegibilidade abaixo.
Locais, Datas e Patrocinador
A Jeunesse, LLC (a “Empresa Patrocinadora”) realizará um Sorteio de Prêmios os dias 10 e 13 de setembro de 2020 em seu website de exibição da Jeunesse EXPO, em jeunesseevents.com.
Elegibilidade
Este concurso está aberto a todos os Distribuidores Jeunesse de todo o mundo que tenham adquirido um ingresso para qualquer um dos Eventos EXPO 2020 Vision, estejam Ativos (conforme definido no Plano de Recompensas Financeiras), em situação regular (conforme definido nas Políticas e Procedimentos de Distribuidor Global) e tenham, pelo menos, 18 anos de idade (ou a maioridade no âmbito da lei aplicável). Este concurso também está aberto a todos os participantes convidados que receberam um ingresso de um Distribuidor Jeunesse, e que, “Escolheram Entrar” no concurso ao fazer login no website de exibição com seu ID do ingresso e o nome de usuário Jeunesse do comprador do ingresso. Os participantes precisarão inserir as informações de contato e envio para fazer o login. Caso não atenda a nenhum desses requisitos, ou a quaisquer outros requisitos de elegibilidade contidos nestas regras oficiais, você não está qualificado para ganhar um prêmio.
Termo do Sorteio
Os Sorteios ocorrerão em diversos momentos entre os dias 10 e 13 de setembro de 2020. O computador de Jeunesse é o dispositivo oficial de cronometragem para o sorteio.

Ganhadores Selecionados Aleatoriamente
Para cada prêmio, um ganhador será selecionado aleatoriamente por meio de sistema informatizado, onde não é proibido por lei. Caso o Ganhador não atenda aos requisitos mencionados acima, perde o direito ao prêmio e a Jeunesse poderá escolher outro vencedor por sorteio aleatório e atribuir o prêmio a esse vencedor.
Identidade dos Ganhadores
Cada ganhador deverá fornecer à Jeunesse comprovante adequado de identidade com uma foto, como um documento de identidade emitido pelo governo ou passaporte. Os prêmios podem ser retidos até que seja feita uma determinação de que o reclamante é o titular autorizado da conta de distribuição associada à entrada vencedora.
Ao aceitar o prêmio, o ganhador confirma que cumpre as regras de elegibilidade e os termos de responsabilidade e publicidade abaixo. No caso de não cumprimento destas Regras Oficiais, ou se o prêmio não for reclamado ou não puder ser entregue, o prêmio será confiscado e concedido a um ganhador alternativo determinado pela Jeunesse.

Os prêmios são os seguintes:
Os prêmios serão entregues após a verificação de cada vencedor. Cada participante elegível pode ganhar até 1 (um) prêmio no evento. O modelo, cor, acessórios e recursos reais de cada Prêmio serão selecionados pela Empresa Patrocinadora, a seu exclusivo critério, e podem ser diferentes das imagens usadas para promover o Sorteio.
TODOS OS IMPOSTOS AVALIADOS EM RELAÇÃO AO GANHADOR DO PRÊMIO SÃO DE ÚNICA RESPONSABILIDADE DO GANHADOR. Os ganhadores e/ou a empresa podem ser obrigados a reportar o valor do prêmio às autoridades fiscais. Se um Prêmio não for reivindicado dentro de dez (10) dias após a entrega da notificação, o Prêmio será confiscado e concedido a um ganhador alternativo selecionado por sorteio aleatório. Os prêmios não são transferíveis, não são elegíveis para reembolso e não podem ser usados com nenhum outro desconto promocional. Nenhuma substituição ou troca (inclusive por dinheiro) do Prêmio será permitida, exceto que a Empresa Patrocinadora se reserva o direito de substituir o Prêmio por um Prêmio de valor equivalente ou superior. Cada Prêmio é concedido na “FORMA EM QUE SE ENCONTRA” e SEM QUALQUER GARANTIA, expressa ou implícita (incluindo, entre outras, qualquer garantia implícita de comercialização ou adequação a um propósito específico).
Probabilidade de Ganhar
As chances reais de ganhar em cada Sorteio dependem do número total de inscrições recebidas para o Sorteio e do número de concorrentes elegíveis presentes no momento do sorteio?).
Uso do Nome, Imagem do Ganhador etc.
Exceto onde proibido por lei, a participação no sorteio constitui em permissão para usar o nome do ganhador, Facebook e outros nomes de mídia social, imagem, persona, cidade natal e/ou informações do Prêmio em todas as mídias por até 7 anos para todos os fins que a Empresa Patrocinadora considerar apropriado – incluindo, entre outros, para fins promocionais e de publicidade – sem permissão ou compensação adicional.
Liberação Geral
Ao entrar no Sorteio, o participante isenta a Empresa Patrocinadora e suas empresas controladoras, subsidiárias e afiliadas da Jeunesse, e seus respectivos executivos, diretores, funcionários e agentes (as “Partes Isentas”) de qualquer responsabilidade, e renuncia a qualquer e todas as causas de ação, por quaisquer reclamações, custos, lesões, perdas ou danos de qualquer tipo decorrentes de ou em conexão com o sorteio ou entrega, entrega incorreta, aceitação, posse, ou uso ou incapacidade de usar qualquer Prêmio (incluindo, entre outros, reivindicações, custos, lesões, perdas e danos relacionados a lesões pessoais, morte, danos ou destruição de propriedade, direitos de publicidade ou privacidade, difamação ou representação sob uma luz falsa, seja intencional ou não), seja sob uma teoria de contrato, ato ilícito (incluindo negligência), garantia ou outra teoria.
Declaração e Liberação
Como condição para receber qualquer Prêmio, o vencedor pode (a critério exclusivo da Empresa Patrocinadora) ser obrigado a assinar e entregar à Empresa Patrocinadora uma declaração assinada de elegibilidade, aceitação destas Regras Oficiais, isenção de responsabilidade e qualquer outro aspecto legal, documentos regulatórios ou fiscais exigidos pela Empresa Patrocinadora a seu exclusivo critério.
Direito de Cancelar ou Modificar o Sorteio Aleatório
Cada Empresa Patrocinadora reserva-se o direito de cancelar ou modificar o concurso se fraude ou problemas técnicos questionarem a integridade do mesmo.
Aviso Legal
Todas as leis e regulamentos nacionais, estaduais e locais aplicáveis da Empresa Patrocinadora se aplicam. Oferta inválida onde for proibida por lei.

Disposições Diversas
Estas Regras Oficiais e o Sorteio são regidos pelas leis da Empresa Patrocinadora. Os participantes concordam em obedecer a estas Regras Oficiais e às decisões da Empresa Patrocinadora, que são finais e vinculativas em todos os aspectos. A Empresa Patrocinadora reserva-se o direito de alterar estas Regras Oficiais a qualquer momento, a seu exclusivo critério, e de suspender ou cancelar o Sorteio ou a participação de qualquer participante no Sorteio caso algum vírus, bugs, intervenção humana não autorizada ou outras causas além de seu controle afete a administração, segurança ou jogo adequado do Sorteio. Não obstante o acima exposto, a Empresa Patrocinadora reserva-se o direito de alterar, modificar ou cancelar o Sorteio a qualquer momento sem aviso prévio. Os participantes que violarem estas Regras Oficiais; violarem qualquer lei, regra ou regulamento em relação à participação no Sorteio; adulterarem a operação do Sorteio ou se envolverem em qualquer conduta que seja prejudicial ou injusta para a Jeunesse, o Sorteio ou qualquer outro participante (em cada caso, conforme determinado a critério exclusivo da Empresa Patrocinadora) estão sujeitos à desqualificação da participação no Concurso. Cada Empresa Patrocinadora reserva-se o direito de bloquear pessoas cuja elegibilidade esteja em questão ou que tenham sido desqualificadas ou de outra forma inelegíveis para participar do Sorteio. Qualquer disposição destas Regras Oficiais considerada inexequível será aplicada na medida permitida, e o restante destas Regras Oficiais permanecerá em vigor.
